PF is a cenralised Act .Due date is on or before 15th of every month.
ESIC is also a centralised Act , due dte is on or before 21st of every month .
Professional Tax Act , if applicabe to your State please check this first, as per Gross Wages Tax sab , yo have to pay to the authority , on or before 21st of every Month.

I'm currently working in medium size company which have 400+ employees. Most of them are on payroll and we need deduct ESI, EPF, PF as per the Acts. but Im confusing about deducting TDS on salaries, is this mandatory to organizations to deduct TDS on salaries if the employee has taxable income.? is there any standard deduction rates.?
For example 3 employees salary structure is as follows, Can anyone please advice me on deducting TDS on salaries. Please note that All employees have standard deductions such as PF on basic, Proff. tax 200 for each emp and No other deductions has made in salary.
Employee 1 : Basic 11180, HRA 6450, CA 2150, Special Allowance 1720 Total Salary 21,500/- PM
Employee 2: Basic 13000, HRA 7500, CA 2500, Special Allowance 2000 Total Salary 25,000/- PM
Employee 3. Basic 15600, HRA 9000, CA 3000, Special Allowance 2400 Total Salary 30,000/- PM
as per the Above salary structures, Please advice on deducting TDS. your prompt reply will highly appreciated.
