hi this is sameer ( resident manager) of hotel apartment in UAE , would like to know the format of warning letter as my employee has done money fraud in front office. Please do reply my query as early as possible.

You are further advised to submit a written explanation on your this shameful act, as soon as you receive this letter or as soon as you resume duties.

It is perfectly answered but it is further advisable to add the clause of Certified standing orders of the company and /or model standing orders of the company. If the delinquent employee challenges your warning then reference from the standing orders will give you more weightage as per legal disciplinary proceedings.

there was a recent judgement wherein a front office staff at a 5 star hotel had pocketed 100/- while arrangng a cab for the customer.
The court's ruling is "dismissal" as it is a grave offence involving integrity.
