Hello All, One of the worker who has been serving his employment from the last three year however company has decided to retrench him,
please guide me how much compensation the employee is entitled to get in order to retrenchment the employee salary is 30000/- PM

Blue collar have a different pay out than the knowledge worker or white collar .
Which state are you in and what is your sector? Ideally it's 3 months pay . But then that's a broad statement .

There should be a genuine reason and without that you cannot remove a staff. If he/she approaches labour court then company will have to pay for every day till the judgement date and after the judgement he/she will again be joining the company. That is the rule in India. Talk to that person, get a resignation from him/her and amicably solve your issue.
