Hi all,
Can anybody provide me with a model of leave procedures and systems with details for a company trading in light fittings in Delhi, Pvt Ltd, with around 100 employees? The admin executive is responsible for handling these issues.
There is no earlier leave policy provided in detail. I am eagerly awaiting your reply.
Thank you,

Hi Tarun,
As per the rules, per annum, 12 CLs and 6 SLs are provided on a date of joining basis, and upon completion of 240 days, the employee will be entitled to 15 earned leaves per annum.
For example:
- If an employee joins between the 1st to the 15th of January, they will receive 12 CLs and 6 SLs.
- If an employee joins between the 16th to the 31st of January, they will get 11 CLs and 5 SLs.
- If an employee joins on the 20th of June, they will receive 6 CLs and 3 SLs.
Leave calculation should be done in this manner. The maximum limit is 2 CLs per month. In the case of sick leaves, employees need to provide a doctor's certificate. The number of SLs an employee can use will depend on the total SLs accumulated.
