In my factory campus, there are too many employees who have the habit of smoking, 2 to 3 times within 7-8 hours. As an HR professional, I feel the need to show my interest in stopping or at least reducing this smoking habit for the sake of their health. I am looking for impactful images, pamphlets, or messages that can make them realize the harm they are causing not only to themselves but also to their families, kids, friends, neighbors, and peers. Please share any materials you think are effective, even if they are in a PowerPoint presentation format. Your assistance in providing a variety of resources will be greatly appreciated as I plan to continue addressing this issue regularly by introducing motivating topics.
Note: Your contribution is valuable regardless of whether you are a smoker or not. Your input could potentially prompt someone to reconsider their smoking habit and possibly lead to a positive change. Please share any anti-smoking content you believe can make a difference.
Regards,
Sudha

Addressing the Smoking Menace
Smoking is a menace. It harms not only the individuals who indulge in it but also those around them. Several NGOs conduct programs to mitigate the smoking menace. You can try to avail yourself of their services. You can also see the FILE DOWNLOAD THREADS presented alongside this post and see what you can use as your TAKEAWAY. Additionally, consider utilizing the services of Social Service Workers (preferably women) who can educate smokers and contribute to reducing this problem.
