It's only been 3 months in the HR department, and I am the only HR personnel in this organization. I've established leave policies, handled salary-related tasks, and initiated some fun activities on Fridays.

Please note that the HR Department is vast. We cannot learn everything in a single day. By gaining experience, you will become proficient.
Since you have recently joined, you have a lot to learn in the field. Until now, you have had theoretical experience, but now you are gaining practical experience.
Taking things slow and studying is always advisable. While handling HR tasks, you may encounter many doubts in the subject.
