NO
Who will certify you and who has certified that person or company to certify anyone ?
There is '0' value for these so called certifications. Its waste to money time and energy. There is no value of these certificate providers in any industry. Its just an individual's mind set who feel satisfied by having a printed piece of paper called as Certificate.
Do not fall trap in these.

I think you are referring to the Middle Earth's Certification Program.
It is a good value add, as per the feedback of some of the participants I know who have attended it.
Certifications do help to upgrade your knowledge and skills but there is no guarantee that they will help you to fetch a job.
Training is a skill based industry and most of the employers who will hire you will ask for a round where you need to give a demo of your facilitation skills. So, go ahead with the certification and side by side upgrade your knowledge and skills. See if you can gain some training experience in some NGO or other organization that you can show case in your profile.

In western countries, the certification will play key role in getting opportunity. the concept of certificate is slowly growing in india. it is always good and add value to your profile if you have certification. one thing need to make sure that, certification should be from well know organisation.
You can start inquire about different certifications offered by companies and keep on doing trainings initially, slow you go for certification once you believe its right time.
All the best.

Hi Venkat,
Took a certification (Master Trainer) from the leading american company and I am unable to implement it in IT, ITES companies in India etc., the companies hiring you should know the value.
However, a certification might add value if you fall into the right company.
Moreover, the person or company certifying you should give you correct L&D inputs and implementation methods.
Regards,
VS
