Hi All,
I also did not see any new notification in the labour cite. Further in the last notification Haryana Government for the first time said that the minimum wages declared shall be consisituted as basic wage. so it become applicable to employer, and as per that they were stopped from bifurcation the Minimum wages, Some employer said that the said notification is challenged, but no reference is der. i would like to know if the same prevail or not.
