what is haryana minimum wages, there are no any official notification on labour web regarding minimum wages jan-16

Hi All,
I also did not see any new notification on the labor site. Further, in the last notification, the Haryana Government, for the first time, said that the minimum wages declared shall be constituted as the basic wage. So, it becomes applicable to employers, and as per that, they were stopped from bifurcating the minimum wages. Some employers said that the said notification is challenged, but no reference is there. I would like to know if the same prevails or not.
