Hi All,
As per the new court Order the tailoring part in Hosiery department have to follow G.O.(2D) No. 59, Labour and Employment (J1) Department dated 10.10.2014 published in December 2014.
I have few doubts about it.
1. Is there any new Order passed by the High Court
2. What in case the said G O not applicable, will not the worker entitled to arrears till the time when the new notification ( Hoisery) was introduced.
Please provide valuable informtaion regarding the same
