Different cadres involve in this program like Program Manager, Counsellor, Monitoring & evaluation officer, Outreach worker, and peer educator. You can design the assessment questionnaire containing the questions on skills of counselling, conveying the message of being HIV positive to clients and family members, extra efforts required in case when female is found to be HIV+.
I have quoted all these because i was Supervisor for monitoring the skills and performance of counsellors at PHCs and CHCs
