I need a suggestion pls help me out am suffering from harassment

I can't disclose my company name now, here with 3 partners they started this comp jun14. In comp usually 2 partner will only come.I ll name as A and B. These both A and B are my X- colleague, where A was a business developer and B was a system Admin.

Because of some resones I left my X-comp. Same time A poached me to join his company as he was aware and mentioned that am good at my work..he promised and given my lot of hope for career and growth.this comp is into IT trainings to the mnc clients.I joined him and work my X-comp my sal was 23k, and inhand 22.7k per because it was new they A promised the sal of 24k. Nothing was on the paper only through phone. He they started paying 23k instead 24k for 6months after remaining many times about A's word of 24k sal, both a and b started giving reasons saying that oh we forgot or it will get credit in the next month and bla I never got 24k. After 7month of my work when I was suppose to get my hike they started paying 24k. Always they use to pay on after 15th of everymonrth.when I said I ll look for other options they started my sal 28k after completion of 1 year. Meanwhile whoever has joined them, they all left seeing their management and behavior. Am the 1 person who worked till sep15.jul15 they got the bulk requirement from a mnc, which is their permanent source of money,same time for me they where not having any requirement for me. Now it's a Pvt ltd sep 30th B told me that they are shutting my work because no requirements and I can take 15days buffer to search for another job.I left that day thinking to clear with both of them about the 15days buffer whether I have to come office or it will be paid leave or what actually... Then A started behaving very roughly.. He clearly told me to not to come to the office on 30th sep without any prior notice n I ll get my sal on 10th now A and B both are harassing me they don't want to pay my sep month sal... And B is asking to submit my rental agreement and if any insurance I have.. Oto get ride from the deductions.. Because till date they never dedicated any tax from jun14 to aug15. I was shocked when B mentioned that tax is more than 30k.and I have to submit the docs of insurance n all.I understood that they want to escape from my 30k sep sal.

At the time of joining I asked clearly for inhand sal 24k without any deduction.meanwhile they have not given me my lot of money saying will Bal it in next month n their nxt month has never come.sep I was suppose to get 30k.

N in offer letter I never signed because while paying me 23k in stating 6 month they asked me to sign 24k package. Mentioned offer letter. I denied signing that 1st they have to Bal my pending sal then only I ll sign.

Pls help me out I need my 30k sal of my work without any deductions.last they are not suppose to eat my money saying tax and all. Because they mentioned about inhand salary without any deduction..

Also they expelling me without any notice in 1 day,s time.

Pls guide me what should I do.
Pls reply ASAP.

You can fight legally a battle in the courts.
The best option is to leave and look for options in other places.
These kind of employers are not worth wasting your time in a court.(though they probably deserve it)
They have taken you for granted(from what you have written) and when need was over they want to drop you.
It is a clear case of misjudgement of a colleague.
This experience will hold you in good stead,if you critically analyse your own actions.(like you let yourself get poached from some other company most probably based on verbal assurances of pay etc)
Learn from this episode-offer letter should always be there,verbal promises have no meaning.(otherwise hearing our netas promises,India would have been super-super power)
You say you are good at your work,so another job should not be difficult.
Move on and make your career.

I dont think legal battle will work in your case. There are lot of complications and required some documents proofs and minimal employees strength to file a legal suit. Or you can raise cheating complaint in the police station, they would help you in this.
before that try to go low and get your money. Use different tactics. You might know how they behave in the different moods. Tell them that you never wanted to quit, but due to the business is dull, you are forced to quit. Now you dont have a job, you need your salary to take care of your regular monthly expenses. you will be always available to take their calls for any help they require. You could help them with any business leads in future with new company if you join.
If they are not convinced, get police or woman police help. Police will take serious actions. Say that your salary is not reached the taxable limit. If anything is there you will pay it at your new employment.

Thank alot dear seniors, am really upset on their sudden changed behavior..but I can't leave my sal just like that, even there are lot of trainers they have not been paid.
Yes I started searching for a job now.

Like Nathrao suggested, it's surely NOT worth going after these guys legally....even though they surely deserve such a counter.

And I also agree with him that YOU need to do some self-introspection.....take it from me: there will still be 'hazaar' people out there to take advantage even further in your life. That's the story of many knowledgeable & worthy professionals. But it's UP TO YOU whether to allow it or not. And gender has NOTHING to do here.

One can take advantage of another ONLY as long as he/she allows it to happen.

However, you may still make similar mistakes, though far fewer ones.......and that's the learning part of anyone's life.

And as far as possible, don't LET such situations effect your thought process......that's the whole beauty of life: Happiness is found along the Way, NOT @ the end of the road.

Coming to this issue, the only way to get whatever money possible [may NOT be the full amount possibly] will be to go to the Police, like Divakar suggested. Go to a Women's Police Station & file a cheating case. Be mentally prepared to shell-out something know what this means.

But I don't think Divakar's suggestion about "try to go low and get your money...." will work here. That would surely be one option but not here--based on what you mentioned, these guys seem to be one of those who habitually 'use & throw' people. And such guys only listen to the 'stick' policy.

AND, suggest don't go after them 'to teach them a lesson'. That's NOT your problem. Hope you get the point.

And, like Nathrao mentioned, given that you have self-confidence, getting another job shouldn't be that difficult.....though I know this is easier said than done.

By your all well wishes and support I got my Bal today without anymore trouble.

Dear Anamika,
In your case,dont fight with them legally bcoz at the end in court demand only document proof for th same and u dont hv.
Start searching a good job rather than waste your vauleable time and money in this matter.
