Dear All, Yesterday I joined as Core HR in one of the leading retail company, Guntur. I have 4 years recruitment experience in IT, Constructions & Healthcare industry, but I am new to Retail as well core activities of HR. Anyone can please suggest me about basic activities and step by step process.

You must be looking after HR functions in a store or chain of stores. The following will be normally the HR a store.
1) Completing joining formalities;
2)Punctuality and attendance of staff;
3)Uniforms of staff
4)Pay roll issues of staff
5)Leave management;
6)statutory compliance like PF and ESI;
7)Grievance handling at sore level;
8) Training needs of staff;
9) Disciplinary issues
10)Medical care;
11) Full & Final settlement issues at store level.
