Respected Sir/Madam,
I Worked with Blue dart express ltd new Delhi From August 2006 . They suspend me in Nov. 2011 but giving me suspension letter after 1 year of suspension (2012) They held internal inquiry and they always to have one way. they not put Inquiry sitting for more then 1 years without information and any reason, they not intimate me for that. now they stopped my suspension allowance from July-2015.
I had complained against him from 2011 to Head office Mumbai Blue dart, CM Delhi, Labour Department, Hr north, but there is no action. they suspend me Because I had Submit Company cash next day due to i had put petrol in my bike of Rs. 100 money and forget to inform Senior due to heavy work load. that time My conveyance Voucher pending on company of More then Rs. 150.
Kindly Guide me what should i do for that and what legal way to Fight on it.

Dear Madanagopalswamy,
Please review your advice.
The company has evidence of less delivery of cash.
The employee may have any reason but it gives suspicion to company as to why he did not tell the company immediately about petrol expenses and give voucher.
So before approaching official agencies he may have to discuss and try to convince the company.Action of company in keeping him in suspension for so long is wrong anyway.

Are the Years correct/Accurate [2011 / 2012 / 2015]?
It's a bit surprising that a Company like BlueDart took so many years to decide this matter......for as little as Rs. 100/-.
I can understand such things happening in Govt Sector....
Have you missed-out any details? Somehow, things don't jell.
Prima facie, since the Company have evidence of short-cashing from you.......for all you know, they COULD have termed it as 'embezzlement'.......irrespective of what your reasons were, I don't think you have a strong case.
