Dear Friends,
Would like to have one information. If an organisation is not operational (no business, no employees) and in the process of winding up, whether any minimum PF remittance to be done till it is officially winded up (by informing PF authorities).
Would appreciate your response.
Regards
Bhavan

Hi Bhavan, I view is that PF can be remitted only if there is salary payment to the employees. if there is no salary there is no need for PF contribution. With Regards PRAVEEN KUMAR E

Mr Bhavan
You will have to remit the minimum Admn charges for both A/c No 2 and A/c No 22 @ Rs 5 /- and Rs 2 /- respectively per month till your PF code is cancelled. Regards

Dear Bhavan ji,
Correct answer to your question is as under:
You need to remit Rs. 75 and Rs. 25 in A/c. 2 (Admn charges on PF) and A/c. 22 (Admn charges on EDLI) respectively every month till such time the winding up process of your company is not completed. Once the winding up process is complete, you have to apply to EPFO for cancellation of the PF code alloted to your company.
Hope the learned members who replied to your query will accept my answer as correct one.

Dear Saswata ji,
From where you got this figure 7.50 per month?
I am aware about the figure 7 per month till December 2014 and not ever heard of 7.50.
Effective from 01.01.2015, by Gazetted Notification dated 02.02.2015 the minimum contribution in case of nil employees is increased to Rs. 100/-.

As per rule if incentive paid on monthly basis , esic will be paid . If we paid quartely or hallf yearly no esic will be paid
From India, Lucknow
ofcourse,a minimum remittance of Rs. 100/- (admin: Rs.75/- , EDLI:Rs.25/-) has to be remitted until employer code get closure.
