Hi Siddhesh,

I have left my previous organization without notice and joined a new company. I am seeking a relieving and experience letter from my previous company. I left my new company after 3 months due to some personal issues. Now, I require an experience letter from my last company. Please advise on the email I should write, as I am confused. Your help is appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi Siddhesh,

As you have left in 3 months' time, you would have been in your probation period. Let us know the following:

1. Any absconding process initiated by your then employer.
2. Find out whether you have been listed in the terminated status by your employer in their records.

In my opinion, as you have absconded from your last employer, it is not advisable to reconnect with them for an experience letter. Moreover, you have not mentioned your Notice Period clause in your mail. If there is any notice period recovery mentioned in the terms of employment, then the employer will claim it. It is better not to claim your experience letter.

As far as your relieving letter is concerned, you have not undergone the exit formalities to get relieved. I cannot recommend more without knowing the HR separation process/policy of the mentioned organization.

Harris

Dear Friend,

Have you not felt ashamed of writing this? You have left an organization that had faith in your service. By asking for suggestions on how to obtain a relieving order, you have not only let down their trust but also failed to be a good employee. It is important to be trustworthy and not shy away from your responsibilities for personal benefits.

At least refrain from engaging in such actions with your new employer. Best of luck. Remember, life is a beautiful journey; do not clutter it with unnecessary obstacles.

Kind Regards,
