Hi Seniors.
I have completed MBA in HRM and have 10 months of work experience. First 6 months as a recruiter in NGO and 4 months as a trainee in a Logisitcs firm.
I have been offered HR Trainee OFF ROLL in a manufacturing concern. I would like to know whether I can accept the offer or reject it. I also have confusion that the company puts me in off roll for a year and based on my performance they shall make on roll. Also the co contacted me directly but not the consultancy. Whether it is good to join. Also want to know this experience shall be taken after 1 year of completion if I shall move to another company.
Pl help. Most urgent need to join within 2 days.
Waiting for replies.
Thanks & Regards

HI,
To think on roll or off roll most important is how much you will get to learn in that place, give preference to the Knowledge more than kind of job.
As my point of view definitely next company will consider your experience.

Hi Kisberfelver, Thanks for ur query reg. joining Mfg.Co. on off-roll.
As our Shri Ravi mentioned, it is good opportunity to join a Mfg.Co. even as a Trainee off-roll. As you are in the beginning of your career, you can progress with good performance. You can learn all HR works in a Mfg. set up. You will deal with the workers, employees, colleagues, peers, seniors, all Govt. Officials, Inspectors etc.,and get a chance to solve daily problems of HR&Admn. Dept. This exp. will be recognised everywhere.
Good luck & all best wishes in all your HR works.
Thanks & regards,

Hello,
You have 10 months experience & have 2 jobs filling it.
Now you got this opportunity in the manufacturing concern.......as of now for 1 year.
While I agree with other members that exp in manufacturing sector is always preferable in your career, pl also note that you have to WORK VERY HARD to get absorbed WITHOUT FAIL. There's no II option for you.
Else, the Worst-case-Scenario would: 3 jobs in ~2 yrs.
Being in HR, you should be able to realize the consequences of such a profile for your fourth job Interviews.
Hope you get the point.
All the Best.
Rgds,
TS
