I work in an IT organization in Mohali. It is a start up company with few people. For organizations like these to grow, I feel it is important to hold the candidate's interest from the initial stage of his/her joining. Providing right information at the right time is what seems to be the most important mantra here which begins with proving the candidate with the right information on the company, hierarchy, its policies etc. Devising a good induction and orientation plan would play a great role here.

Though some Cos. provide Induction program etc., the new Recruitee is just given only an Apptt.Order without other written documents to make the new Recruitee to know vital infn. for his daytoday activities like S.O., Leave Rules, J.D., etc., which will say what he has to do & what not to do, his duties & responsibilities & other infn. Providing the above documents will give awareness and help the new Recruitee to follow Co.Rules.
