I am looking out for some questions which would test the Co-ordination skills of candidates who come for an interview

What sort of 'Coordination' do you mean? People/Inter-personal? Mental? Issues? Projects? ....etc Pl elaborate.
And for what sort of positions are you planning to adopt this strategy?

1) I am looking out for co-ordination skills with respect to People, Inter-personal and Issues.
2) The positions are for the hospital industry. However, all Administration, Back office and Front office related.
