I have served my previous company for 9 years and 5 months. Then, within 5 days, I joined a new company in February 2015. I filled my PF form in June 2015. Now, I have received the documents back from my previous company, and they are requesting me to fill out form 15G. I have no other sources of income such as interest, dividends from shares, mutual funds, or NSS as mentioned in column 22 on the form.
Questions Regarding PF Withdrawal and Form 15G
I have two questions:
A) Can I withdraw my PF since I joined a new company within 5 days?
B) Is form 15G required to be filled out since I have no other income as specified in column 22?
Any assistance from you would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It is against the rules if you withdraw the PF balance of an earlier job while you are still employed.
You can withdraw the PF amount only when you don't have any job for more than 2 months and you are not going to get a job. According to the present rules you can't withdraw PF amount within 2 months of leaving the service. You joined a new job within 5 days.
This is the basic rule of EPF.
