Hi,
AS suggested by TAJSATEESH This is the right time to move from company and it reveals you are not start to look for another opportunity yet.
None of you employees know what will exactly Employer's next step .suppose if they close this business and declare it as bankrupt then it is very difficult you can even get last salary then leave the case of Gratuity.
We have many examples that many organizations do that way and employees with 10 yrs of experience also became jobless with no compensation at all.
Are you having strong Financial Backup to fight such a situation?
If you spend time to wait for salary betterment and gratuity etc. In future you may have to face any tragic situation.
And if you are so optimistic , then all of you employees meet your employer and discuss about the same . You may get a clear picture about their future Plans.
We can only suggest , Decision you have to take.......

Working in the company one can always know the financial situation well.
What are the in flows, order position etc??
Employees can always know the inner workings and decide whether it is doomsday for company or temporary crisis.
Accordingly they can plan their next step-alternate job.
Do things in thoughtful and careful manner taking due care in decisions.

thanks all the seniors for sharing the enlightening knowledge and experience ...

i would like to throw some light on why being in this company for greater than 5 years we were unable to acknowledge the situation.

initially our company started the establishment of plant as a project company wherein the pay perks where high, off course they wanted to retain the people for project execution ;the story flipped after the completion of the project and plant operations coming in to the picture..

Even then for a period of 1 year everything went well , the cash flows were going well and the company did made some profit in the previous financial year...

suddenly the greed of employer raised ( i had to use this word because i am aware of all the technical and financial situations in the company) and they sacked19 employees in the month of April 2015.

for the remaining employees there was a special reduction of 20%-25% of the take home salary.

these developments were so sudden that employees didn't got any chance to think upon.

however, one thing we have understood very clearly there is no way we can sue the employer for this insane activity ,you all seniors are correct that it would definitely effect the bottom line by reducing the employees morale thereby reducing their productivity, but that is no way our concern now ,why to spoil our time on someone who has cheated us....
