It seems to me that you are from Mumbai and you wish to know the provisions under Maharashtra Act.
The sum is payable by you to the board half yearly. The sum is also payable by you of unpaid accumulation since last 3 years.
If you don't pay it, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, the board will recover it with interest as an arrears of land revenue according to section 17 of the Act.
Same provision is there in every State wherein Labour Welfare Act is in existence.
Recovery of arrears of land revenue and its procedure is a separate subject.
