Struggling with Salary Calculations for Grade A/B? Need Help with Formulas!

Dear All,

Good afternoon, please find attached the salary wages. I want to input the formula to calculate the Basic if the Grade/Rating is "A/B". Additionally, I need to determine the monthly salary in the same format.

Please assist me with this.
