You need not have the same form for the contract employees. Treat them at par with the regular employees. Contract or regular employee, your company pays for the performance. Therefore, scale of performance should be same for all.
Contract employee also show commitment of the highest kind, therefore, they cannot be treated as if they are outcast. Separate treatment of any kind will develop "Us and Them" divide and it could vitiate organisation's culture. That is risky.
