You could look around and do choose to do the following:
1. Improvise and Improve current processes.
2. Since you coordinate Projects you can learn MS Project which is a great software and this will help you in maintaining and tracking Projects.
3. Go in for a skill based course - a secretarial course ( if you have not done one already)
4. Work on your self inventory - grooming, personality and presention skills.
5. Build up on your self esteem and confidence levels.
