Fire Drill/Mock Drill Stages
Fire Drill/Mock drill is one of the subjects that was discussed earlier in detail. As for the stages, it follows the same as the PDCA Cycle:
- **P = Plan:** Planning involves determining what is to be done, how to be done, how many employees to be engaged for role play, material requirements (extinguishers, PPEs, etc.), the day of the drill, training the employees for their role, and many more.
- **D = Do:** Execution of the drill & evacuation, safe shutdown, and record-keeping of the time taken.
- **C = Check:** Effectiveness.
- **A = Act:** Act on any deviation observed.
