We are currently training probationers and are planning to offer some of them permanent employment upon successful completion of probation. However, we want them to sign a bond stating that they will work for our company for a period of 2 years. Could someone please send me a sample bond and also mention which clauses can legally be included in the bond?

Thank you for your assistance. It was quite useful. I have one more question: How much money should be claimed if an employee breaks the bond? Should it match the amount spent by the company, or can it be more? For example, if we have spent about 30,000 INR on training, can we set the penalty amount at 100,000 INR?
