Hi,
We are currently training probationers and are plannning to offer some of them permanent employment on succesful completion of probatiton.
However , we want them to sign a bond to the effect that they will work for our company for a period of 2 years.
Can somebody please send me a sample bond and also mention which clauses can be legally be put in the bond.

Thanks for help.
It was quite useful. I had one more question, how much money should be claimed if the employee breaks the bond? Should it match to the money spent by company or can it be more?
For example , we have spent about 30000 rs. for training, can we put the penal amount as 1 lakh?
Please clarify . Thanks in advance
