1) Who gave the approval/affiliation, or did the board approve running the school?
2) Is the school approved by the State, Central, CBSE, or any other authorities?
3) Are EPF benefits common to all the schools?
4) Do you have permanent or temporary school teachers with a bond system, or what type of appointment system is in place?
5) What about non-teaching staff? Are there drivers, cleaners, and other supportive staff?

It would be best to follow the state rules if the school has received approval from the concerned State. Since you appear to be the correspondent, there are likely many advisers around you. Alternatively, please reach out to the local school headmaster who can provide guidance on these issues.
