Hi K. Ravi Kumar,
I am working in an instrumentation company. In my company, employees who earn 10,000/- or more do not have ESI deduction. However, my basic salary is 4,750/-, and my gross salary is 7,500/-. My payslip clearly shows the ESI deduction.
I kindly request complete information regarding ESI. Please assist me in this matter.
Thank you.

Dear friend,
As per the ESI Act, anyone earning less than 10,000/- is eligible for ESI. According to your email, you are receiving 7500/- per month, hence 1.75% will be deducted from your salary, and the employer's contribution is 4.75%.
If you need any further clarification, I am always available.
Thanks,
Krishna

Sir,
Please check whether the appeal period/limitation has expired or not from the date of the order of the honorable E.I. Court. If not, please wait until the appeal period/limitation, as laid down in Section 82(3) of the E.S.I. Act, 1948, expires.
If the appeal period has already expired, you have two options. You can either approach the higher authorities of ESIC, such as the Regional Director, Insurance Commissioner (Benefits), or the Director General, Headquarters Office, for releasing benefits as per the orders of the honorable E.I. Court.
Alternatively, if ESIC has not taken any action as mentioned above, you can bring the matter back to the honorable court to initiate proceedings for contempt of court due to non-compliance with the order as per the judgment.
