Hello,

I have good experience in HR but have never handled the payroll part. I need to know how I can create salary slips. Some of my employees require salary slips in my current organization, but I have never handled this aspect, so I don't know how to generate salary slips.

Please provide me with some details on how to do this.

Hi,

Please search on this site as our senior has already attached the salary slip file. Just type "salary slip format," and you will find it. If there are any issues, please revert back for clarification.

Hi Amrita,

Thank you for your help. I received the salary slip formats, but I am a bit confused. How should I use these formats? Do I need to fill in the salary slips and then take a printout of them?

There are many salary slip formats available on this site. You have to enter the salary breakup as per the Appointment Letter/Increment Letter, whichever is latest, along with the number of days worked to calculate earnings and deductions. If you require any further assistance or have specific requirements, please feel free to write.

Hi,

I want to know if we can mention the monthly fixed salary on top of the payslip after the employee's name and designation. Please provide your valuable opinion on this. An early response would be appreciated as I need to provide payslips to employees.
