Hi,

My name is Santosh. I have left my last organisation in month of February 2014 and while leaving i have filled some PF application form to get my PF. I know it takes 45 to 60 working days to get PF money credited to my account but its more than 9 month i haven't received anything yet. I use to work for a start up and every time call up the account he give me some excuses like the company PF number is not registered properly and it will take a month to get things on right track. Can anyone tell me what shall i do with PF money which they have deducted from may salary every month, I have a PF number on my salary slip but when i use that number and check on PF official website it doesn't gives me any information. Let me know is there any other way to handle this because i am tired of calling my account every month and comes out with a new excuse every time, Now he has stopped picking up calls too.We are close to 7 to 10 guys who has not received there PF money yet. Please let how to proceed further.

Thanks

Santosh

Hi Santosh,
There could be various reasons:
a) It is likely that your employer must have not paid up your PF amount to the EPF office.
b) It is good to visit the local PF office sometime and check it with the PRO there.
c) If you are from Bangalore, I can help get the details. Send me your PF number, if you / your employer are based in Bangalore.

Sandeep

Hi Sandeep,
Thank you for your advice. Yes i am from bangalore and i spoke to my ex company accountant again today and he said he has submitted my from 2 weeks back.I am trusting him for the last time and going to wait for next one month and if money doesn't come to my account i am going to PF office. Can you help with one more thing if i go to PF office what exactly i have to ask those guys? With my company name can they find out whether they have submitted my form or not or does my company has any PF account or not?
Thanks
Santosh

No Santosh.
In 2014 we cannot just keep trusting people for nothing.
Just do one thing - what's your company name? And what PF circle does it belong to?
I am very much confident about PF related info / work getting done as I personally know the present PPF Commissioner and his PA who sit at PPF office at Richmond Circle.
I run Chess Coaching Classes and also conduct chess tournaments in Bangalore. And the PPF commissioners' SON had participated in one of my tourneys and hence we know each other.
We can easily find out if your accountant has indeed submitted your forms, if we have your PF number - it (the forms) must be 2 of them - also have you given a cancelled cheque to your accountant to be submitted along with the forms?
Please furnish your PPF number and I will do the needful. In return, you please popularize my chess coaching classes and my corporate chess tournament among your circle :) Thanks.
