I am looking your views regarding to handle a aggressive employee in any organization. And how to record (or) collect the real reason from any resigned employees during the exit interview.

1. Reasons of Leaving.

a) Relocation b) Family Illness c) More Pay

d) End of Assignment e) Retirement f) Further Education

2) What attracted you to this new job?

3) Major achievements @ our company

4) Is there any thing that could have been done differently that may have affected your decision to leave?

5) Would you like to rejoin the organization in the future? Are there any pre requisites?

6) How did you find the morale in your team and the Company?

7) What are the major areas that need improvement in the organization?

8) Did you experience growth in terms of level and responsibilities with adequate inputs/training?

9) Would you like to recommend friends to us?

10) Suggest areas of improvement- Organization , Team etc.
