Hi Friends,
Greetings!!!
I have 1.3 year experience in international recruitment and now want to change in HR Generalist role. I have offer from one recently established (approx 1.5 Year ago) but I have confusion that I should join there or not because it is totally new firm and I am also new for this role.
Please give your suggestion.
Thanks

Want to join Hr Generalist role and If offered good salary at this new opportunity.
Would not be any harm ,can be started with newly started organization .
At this early stage of carrier this profile will provide good exposure.
Being new to profile the application and learning of work in line with newly set company's vision & policies
would be beneficial n enjoyable.
Valuable inputs from senior members would clarify more.
All the Very Best
Thanks

Dear Queriest,
The exposure you get in smaller and new establishment, you will never get in bigger and old establishment. You get an opportunity to grow with the organization when the organization is new. You get seniority over the period. Of course, you need to prove your worth to the company.

Dear friend,
The establishment may be new but not the organiser, certainly the organisation established by a strong known character having values.. go through the profile of the master and take decision. Knowing vision and mission of the organisation is a must before joining, also the ways of culture do help you in taking a decision. Avoid, hasty and immediate calculations of benefit. Always stay is the mantra of success.
