Hi,
i am running a Bpo and i have appointed 30 employees whereas i am paying them a fixed amount of salary so i need a format of appointment letter along as salary slip format ,kindly help me in this

Dear Anshu ji,
You may get format of appointment letter and salary slip in this forum or on googling. But such formats are tailor made which may not be fitting you.
Apart from issuing appointment letter and salary slips, you have many obligations as an employer- statutory and non-statutory. You need to hire a person like me on retainership who can guide you, brief you on your obligations from time to time and help you in fulfilling of obligations.

Well, it would be very possible if keep up to date in accordance with your government on issues about wages and salaries. It would depend on your HRD Department, Marketing, Back Office and Operation. I would be very happy to help you out if you need so.
