Hi, I am new here so hope I am placing my query where I am suppose to.
I was working for a company that use to pay me in cash and at times RTGS. Incentives in cash most of the time. It was a consultancy for overseas education based in Delhi. I use to take home around 75,000 plus incentives every now and then. Now I am switching to a bigger role in a bigger organisation wherein Hr etc is functional, they have offered me a package of 8.25 approx p.a. I need to submit my salary slip if they ask from my previous company, which otherwise we never got. I need a breakup of 9 lakhs per annum with no tax liability. Nothing was structured in my previous company though we were compensated well. i am keen for a new offer as they are a thorough professionals.
What they have offered me is-

*The Employee can claim LTA once in two years after completion of 2 years of continues service within the organization.
Please help me in break up of my previous package of 9 lakhs. that should carry incentives.
