am looking to relocate from UK, have over 7yrs work experience in customer service, pursuing MBA-HR through University of Madras, also pursuing HR course in where am living. Im aware that I can try in BPO for TL role and also trying HR type of roles, really confused of what max salary I can expect to think of expenses. Can anybody help me with updates please,its been 7yrs since am in India!!!

It depends on the brand that you are hired for. An average of 6-8 lacs is minimum that you can expect . The upper pay limit being 10-14 , depending on the ITES you join. Hope that helps !

sorry there, its Ireland! and also wondering what is the interview pattern, what what they expect to produce at the interview, how is the verification process and also if its a HR role I might not be expecting very senior role so still can we expect this much? how much max can we negotiate? any advises much appreciated please, am so confused on managing expenses.
