Dear All,
There is an incentive scheme but very rarely used by employers for engaging differently abled employees in private organisation where in you can claim employers contributions towards ESI and EPF. This benefit can be availed up to three years. This is a good incentive scheme to employers to employ more no. of disabled people in the organisation.
Interestingly, huge amount is allocated by the ministry, but due to poor awareness drive from the EPF/ESI authorities the same is being not utilized the targeted industry.
Request all to go through the available information and start enjoy this benefits for the benefit of differently abled community as well as for the industry.

If any firm is interested to hire different abled candidates , trained to deliver , please share your interest. I met the founder to Ekansh, who trains and have placed many candidates with KFC, Bank Of New York and many manufacturing firms.
