I am an MBA HR with 3 years of experience. I started my career as a recruiter in a consultancy. After that, it was very difficult to transition into an HR Generalist role. Currently, I am associated with a company as an HR executive, but my Key Result Areas (KRA) do not include generalist responsibilities. Furthermore, my salary has not increased satisfactorily over time. I am facing the challenge of "saturated career growth."
I am seeking advice from experts regarding my next career move. Should I pursue any short-term courses or not? I would be very grateful for any guidance.

I faced the same situation that you are facing now. You can do one thing - stay in this company for some time and then ask for other responsibilities besides recruitment. Keep a good relationship with your seniors and take initiative. When you decide to leave this company, update your CV and include HR generalist roles. Before enrolling in any courses, ensure there are placement opportunities. Best of luck!

I think you should look long term and if you have good communication skills, ability to understand others' viewpoints, and convincing skills, then you should opt for a consultant role in Oracle Apps HRMS functional side. ERP jobs are always top-paying, so you can have a good future here. Also, as Oracle HRMS is popular in the Middle East, you can consider working abroad too.
