I am working in Pvt Ltd Cmpany as a HR Executive. We done all the PF nomination formalities to our new employees.One of them left the after two months and demanding to fefund their PF amount from both side(Employer+employee). In this case is he/she laible to get this?

Hi If any employee is leaving before 3 months he/she are not eligible for any PF claims.
