Currently, my company wants a salary breakup that includes the following parts of gross salary:

- Basic Salary
- DA
- HRA
- Conveyance Allowance
- Medical Allowance
- Other Allowances

Kindly provide me with guidelines for percentage fixing for the above breakup. I need a salary breakup ranging from a gross salary of 6000-10000, 10000-15000, up to 1 lakh.

Thank you for your reply. I also need the DA percentage. Currently, my company does not provide an education allowance. Could you please provide a breakdown structure for gross salaries of 10,000 and 20,000, including Basic, DA, MA, CA, and Miscellaneous Allowance?
