I am working on finance software specifically for jewel loans and I need some guidance on its features. The software should have the following modules:
1. Payment:
- Payment Entry Module: This feature allows us to search for any customer by their name. Once located, all information about the customer is displayed in a grid view. We also want the ability to enter all details about the jewelers.
- Payment Search Module: This feature allows us to search for a customer by Name, Address, Father's Name, Post.
- Payment Wise Report: This module provides general, address, post, and date-wise information.
- Payment Consolidate Wise Report: This module gives date, amount, and post-wise reports.
2. Collection:
- Collection Entry Module: This feature allows us to search for a customer by their name. All customers with the same name are displayed in a grid view. We can then select a customer to enter their monthly loan details.
- Collection Search Module: This feature allows us to search for a customer by Name, Address, Father's Name, Post.
- Collection Consolidate Report: This module provides general, address, post, and date-wise information.
3. Report:
- Daybook Module: This module provides information about the full day's transactions.
The software will be used in Chennai, India.
