Hi, I am on probation period and in my appointment letter its written as on probation period there is no notice period but my manager is forcing me to serve 15-30 days.
Also i got a offer in hand and they want me to join next week as a new project has come.
What should i do. Please help ASAP

Send a nice letter through registered post with due acknowledgement to accept your resignation and relieve you immediately stating your resignation letter vide dated and your appointment letter dated with the notice period clause to the HR Head, also ask for your FNF and No Due Certificate,

Yes, as mentioned in the previous comment the organization or manager cannot hold you back.
This is the height of incompetence on part of the manager.
Also let the HR know the incompetence of the manager so that you can ensure future employees are not made to suffer again. THe HR needs to show the manager the door.
