Dear All,
I got a new job.I was asking about back ground verification.
I have searched for the answer which I am going to ask from last One hour. But I did not get.
I worked for a company for last 2 Years. Now Left that Organization. They have given me Relieve Letter,Experience Certificate,PF.
Problem begin when I was asked them for security deposit (The bond amount which was refundable i.e 60000).They did not want to give the money to me.Then I went to consumer forum now they have given the money to me.But they said that-
They will give wrong information about me to the next company.Even they said that they will black listed from their company. And so many things.
Will there any problem for back ground verification.I am worried about my new job.
Please help.
Thanks in advance.

Your last company adopts a unethical practice and can be sued as per law. You may apply with good companies and substantiate any evidence that can prove you had to fight your previous employer to get the Security deposit. Mostly companies will accept on internal discussion with the management. Also look for tier-2 companies which will not look for BGV.
