Please help to me for, If Employee present month worked two or three days but that employee was resigned without notice period i have deduct that employee pf and Esi in that employee wages but that employee have to pay in negative salary means how i pay pf and Esi in my company accounts.
for example
employee earned 7000 but pf esi 800 need to pay 6200 and notice period deduction is 14000 means employee must pay to company 7800 in this case i pay pf ESi must or not

Sorry but i am not clear what you are asking...If I could understand correctly, yes you should deduct pf and then ask for the remaining amount from the employee before issuing the relieving letter
