Good Morning Everyone,
I am having a doubt, so kindly help me. In our company, one person left the company without proper intimation. I deposited the salary in his A/C on the 1st. Only for our company PF, I deducted the PF amount and gave the salary. Now he is asking me to pay his PF amount; PF accounts are not yet opened as we sent the applications.
Now tell me whether the company has to pay his money or not. He joined another company and then called to say he is not going to come to the office. He didn't send any resignation letter until I asked him. Now tell me what to do? My management is not ready to pay him because he didn't inform properly.
Please advise on what steps to take.
With regards,

Certainly! Here is the corrected version of the user's input:

Yaa....
Tell your employee where his resignation letter is and the acceptance of that letter by HR. Next, write him a termination letter with the help of the management.
As per company rules, if an employee is leaving without intimation, the company has the right to settle his money against the notice period and for such behavior. He can't leave the company without informing anybody. Meanwhile, also request your account department to calculate his settlement, whether you have to pay him or the company has to claim a certain amount from him.
Based on that, draft your letter to him and teach him a lesson.
