Hello Everyone, Kindly guide me on how to create a new resume database. I have recently started an HR/Manpower agency and within a few days, I have received my initial service orders from a couple of organizations. Although I have a resume database, I still need to create a larger CV bank. Since this is a new venture for me, spending a lot of money on job portals is not on my to-do list.
