Hello Seniors,
Can you please guide me, that if we are getting good opportunity to work with good companies, but as we would be on the payroll of third party payroll , so in that case at the time of applying for other company are we allowed to mention the working company name or only the third part name , whose named offer letter is provided?
Because we are working with that big brand only the issue is we are not getting the offer letter of that company for which we are selected & working.
So please help on me & share your valuable information.

I will say any experience in this world don't go waste. one always learn from their experiences. What will be of concern is that salary negotiation. Definately employer will consider your experience but when offering a salary he will consider your off-role thing....
