I am working in Gujarat. Couple of days before our company faced a audit. Auditor wanted me to show all safety records but I could not able to show record for "high risk area". I have surfed on internet also but that wasn't gave me good. Actually is there any format available? or I need to make? please help me.

High Risk area identified through Risk Assessment , HIRA(Hazard Analysis Risk Assessment) as per the criteria defined in your procedure manual .If it is not there in work area u cant show the auditor High Risk Area.Please refer your procedure manual.
