Your presentation is good. I would like to add one point, i.e., the behavior of bosses is also a significant factor for attrition in an organization. It has been reported by studies that 81% of attrition is because of bad bosses in companies. HR needs to work a lot on shaping managers' behaviors as well. Hope you agree, and I hope I have made a valid point. Request all seniors to share their views as well.
