HI,
I have one problem regarding PF Challan. We dont have a paid challan copy for the month of January,2012. And we have received letter from PF office regarding submission of the challan. But at that time I was not in company and nobody knows about this challan is paid or not.
And we have visit book of PF Inspection. In 7 A's Inquiry one pf inspector has wrote down as has seem all record of challan from 2009 to 2012.
Now PF office is asking about the Challan copy. Now pls guide me what I have to do for this challan?????
