What kind of documentation, legal and procedural needs should be fulfilled when we need a limited on roll and many off roll employees. Like for e.g. 20 on roll on 700 off roll.

Charges are usually 15-25% of CTC Salary or some may charge you fixed... and also, it depends who is ging t recruit these 700 staff.... Usually Agencies will additinaly charge you a fixed little amount as recruitment charges...
